EnviroTech Green Cleaner is a powerful degreaser and is proven safe and effective. This U.S. EPA DfE – Recognized “Safest Products” and NSF Food Grade registered fast-acting cleaner and degreaser removes oil residue and hydrocarbon buildup such as grease, motor oil, tar, fuel, fats, heavy soil, and much more.

Alimex is a water-based chemical descaler formulated for the safe removal of scale from water-wetted aluminum surfaces. Aided by wetting agents, corrosion inhibitors and degreasing agents, it effectively loosens and removes deposits from critical aluminum components such as heat exchangers, fin fans, and any other aluminum coated surface.

SumTech® SG Series synthetic greases are built for long-term and lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings in a service temperature range between -30ºC(-20ºF) to 150ºC(302ºF).

SumTech PFPE-420 is ideal for use in bearings, conveyors and pumps subject to aggressive chemicals or heat. It recommended for drying ovens, shrink wrap tunnels, oven chains and other high temperature applications found in food manufacturing. SumTech® PFPE-420 is compatible with all types of polymers, plastomers and elastomers.

SumTech® AQ-320 is a Barium complex ISO 320 lubricating grease for use in wet environments. The special Barium complex thickener is resistant to steam and mild alkaline and acidic solutions preventing SumTech® AQ-320 from becoming washed out of the lubricating area. The nature of the special thickener system gives SumTech® AQ-320 a very tacky nature which is similar to the specific gravity of water, providing an unprecedented level of protection against water washout and corrosion. Premium anti-oxidants provide excellent thermal stability and a blend of corrosion inhibitors extend the excellent anti-corrosion nature inherent of the thickener.

SumTech® EMB-160 is semi-synthetic ISO 150 polyurea grease specifically designed for use in rolling element anti-friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures.  The organic polyurea thickener system contains no metal ions which act as catalysts for oxidation. SumTech® EMB-160 was designed with special anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity.

SumTech® Multi-Red 220 is a multi-purpose lithium complex lubricating grease with development emphasis on long-term and lifetime lubrication of rolling element bearings under moderate to high load. The lithium complex soap thickener and hydrocarbon base oil are proven components for good water resistance and high dropping points. Special anti-oxidant blended additives provide oxidation stability at both low and high temperatures.

CO-95 Tenter Chain Oils were developed specifically for the chains found in fiberglass, rockwool, and gypsum ovens, but will work on most high temperature roller chains.

Summit CO-120FG Extreme is a synthetic high-temperature food grade chain oil built to excel in extreme conditions. White solid lubricants are used in place of graphite solutions, which helps to improve food safety and avoid the contamination that comes with black particles.
